BarParts.com has a never worry 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are
not delighted with any stock item, you may return it for a prompt exchange,
credit, or refund within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. All merchandise
must be returned in new condition with all original boxes, packing material,
documentation, and instructions. Personalized items, and actual shipping and
handling charges are non-refundable. We can only issue a refund or credit
to the original purchaser. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking
fee. So we may process your return more quickly,
you MUST notify us prior to returning any merchandise for a Return
Authorization number and the address to where it needs to be returned. All returned
merchandise MUST have a tracking number. We are not responsible for
items lost in shipping. Do any of your products carry warranties? Many of the products sold by BarParts.com come with a Limited Warranty provided by the product manufacturer. While BarParts.com will attempt to facilitate any warranty work between our customers and manufacturers, all warranties are provided solely by the manufacturers. BarParts.com makes no express warranties of any kind and disclaims any implied warranties, including the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and the implied warranty of merchantability. BarParts.com shall have no liability to any person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage, including actual, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage, caused directly or indirectly by the use or performance of any product sold by BarParts.com.
