There are two levels on both cutting wheels, 1/4" apart .
It automatically cuts at one of two levels.
The top level is for flange bottles; the lower level is for all other bottles.
Two anti-slip rollers firmly guide the cutting wheels for a good, even cut.
2-1/4" wide, 2-2/4" high, 3/4" deep.
