BarParts.com has a never worry 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not delighted with any stock item, you may return it for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All merchandise must be returned in new condition with all original boxes, packing material, documentation, and instructions. Personalized items, and actual shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We can only issue a refund or credit to the original purchaser. So we may process your return more quickly, you  MUST  notify us prior to returning any merchandise for a Return Authorization number and the address to where it needs to be returned.  All returned merchandise MUST have a tracking number.  We are not responsible for items lost in shipping.
Items that were originally shipped with freight at our expense, will have our freight cost deducted from the price of the item(s) returned.

No returns accepted after 30 days of delivery to purchaser.


Do any of your products carry warranties?

Many of the products sold by BarParts.com come with a Limited Warranty provided by the product manufacturer. While BarParts.com will attempt to facilitate any warranty work between our customers and manufacturers, all warranties are provided solely by the manufacturers. BarParts.com makes no express warranties of any kind and disclaims any implied warranties, including the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and the implied warranty of merchantability. BarParts.com shall have no liability to any person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage, including actual, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage, caused directly or indirectly by the use or performance of any product sold by BarParts.com.

Product Searches

If you cannot find a particular product, there is a box in the top right had corner labeled Search. Enter the information that you know about the item and it will display a page of all items meeting that description.
As this serach engine uses everything input for a search, the less the better. If you're looking for a Pulltap for example, entering Pull will call up everything with Pull in it including the Pulltap.
Along the header of every page is Advanced Search. This gives you even more choices.
